    Due to the nature of hand-dyeing yarn and how small yarn batches are, most skeins are sisters, not twins, though Fiona Kay tries her hardest to keep it in the family.

  • Shipping

    Most orders are Dyed To Order, and will ship in 3-5 weeks after the order is placed. Items marked Ready To Ship will ship 3-5 days after the order is placed.

  • Photography

    Colors have been photographed as accurately as possible. However, please keep in mind that colors may vary from monitor to monitor and some colors are difficult to capture 100% accurately.

  • Washing

    Take good care of your finished objects by hand washing and laying flat to dry. Though all skeins are rinsed thoroughly after dyeing, some bleeding may occur during washing.
