Orders & Shipping

I placed my order, now what?

First of all, thank you! Ready to ship items will be on their way to you within 3-5 business days. Pre-ordered items are made to order and will ship within 6-8 weeks from the time of order. Patterns and other digital items will be electronically sent immediately.

How do your clubs work?

Monthly clubs are a specialty pre-order. They are open to order generally from the 1st to the 10th of any given month. They ship at the end of the month they are purchased in.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately, no. I'm a small business and so many of my things are made to order that I'm not able to offer these.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! To make my business more size inclusive, I offer an Anti Fat Tax Discount. You can find more information on that HERE.

When do your shop updates take place?

I'm a one woman show so right now they happen whenever I can squeeze them in. Pre-orders are pretty much always available.

What bases do you carry?

Up to date base information can be found on any dyed to order or ready to ship yarn and fiber listing. 

How should I wash my items made with your yarn and fiber?

I recommend washing your projects in cold water with a spot of wool wash. 

Where can I see some of your past work?

Absolutely! I keep a log of past collections that are available for my wholesale stockists to order HERE. These are retired but I do love a good comeback, so they could reappear in my standard offerings at any time.
